Cloudset is a customer experience platform built for modern support teams. After years on an aging site, the team came to Loonis to rebuild on Webflow with a stronger visual identity that better reflected where the company is today.

The goal was a full marketing site rebuild anchored by a flexible design system, one the Cloudset team could extend on their own as the product grows.
