Getting started is simple. For Pro customization, open the brief, fill in your project details, and send it to hello@loonis.co. We'll come back to you within 1 business day with your scope, timeline, and next steps. For Premium customization, book a 30-minute discovery call so we can scope your project before anything is confirmed.

What do I need to provide?

The brief walks you through everything step by step, so nothing gets missed. In short, you'll need your branding assets (logo, colors, fonts), your content (copy and images for each page), your site structure and navigation, and any tools or integrations you want connected. If you're not sure about something, the AI assistant in the brief can help you think it through.

How long does customization take?

Pro customization is delivered in 5 business days from the point your brief is received and your first payment is confirmed. Premium customization starts from 8 business days - the exact timeline depends on the scope confirmed during your discovery call.

Do you assist with templates from other studios?

No, our customization services are exclusively available for Loonis templates.

Can you help with integrating third-party plugins or custom code?

Yes! Third-party tool and plugin integrations are included in our Premium Customization plan.

Can I request custom sections or pages?
